We are seeking a friendly and reliable Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about the hotel - Check guests in and out of their rooms using property's management system, ensuring accuracy of all details - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Assist with reservations and manage room assignments - Process payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations - Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports - Attend and serve morning breakfast, take inventory of all items - Enroll all eligible guests into the Hilton Honors points program
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is preferred - Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems is a plus - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Multilingual abilities are highly desirable - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills -Must be flexible in schedules, including weekends If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
