Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Provide assistance with mobility and transfers - Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature - Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up - Accompany clients to medical appointments and other outings - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients ###
Experience:
