Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team.
As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for washing, drying, and folding customer laundry.
Also you need to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our self service laundry customers.
If you have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a laundromat, we would love to hear from you.
You always work with 1-3 other coworkers in a clean, air conditioned laundromat.
Responsibilities:
-Wash, Clean, and fold customer clothes, linens, towels, and other items - Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and transactions - Operate a computer cash register and handle customer payments - Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and facilities - Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a laundromat or hotel laundry facility is preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards - Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Basic math skills for cash handling transactions
