You will respond to customer internet inquiries, representing the dealership with the utmost professionalism.
The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to communicate clearly and professionally.
To be considered for this position, you must have excellent phone skills.
The ideal candidate has previous dealership experience.
Responsibilities include:
Monitor and track all incoming sales leads using eLeads CRM.
Set customer appointments both over the phone and through email.
Follow up with customers on a regular basis.
Maintain a working knowledge of dealership inventory.
Work closely with the management team to review goals and performance.

$50,000.
